Current priorities

Kristina founded and leads this philanthropic Foundation that supports capacity building and collaborative grantmaking.

As Board Chair of the Inrig Family Foundation, Kristina is working to build a 50M Endowment fund as a legacy project.  This will support the sustainability sector through grantmaking and impact investing in Canada. 

A regular trainer and part of the monthly Youtube series for the Capacity Building Institute.  Kristina specializes in topics such as leadership & fund development.

Sustainable Capacity Solutions is the one-stop shop for capacity building services for the grassroots environmental sector.  Kristina serves on the Leadership Council and Board of Directors. 

For nearly 20 years, Kristina has acted as a coach and consultant for various environmental and philanthropic organizations in Canada.  She does this through her private consulting firm.

Kristina volunteers in a number of different roles, including: Programs Committee of Environmental Funders Canada, Invest Committee and Impact Investment Sub-Committee of the Laidlaw Foundation, Environment Committee of Rideau Park United Church and many more!

Kristina was the Executive Director of Sustainable Eastern Ontario in Westport & Ottawa  from 2010-2020.

Kristina has served with Greening Sacred Spaces and Faith & the Common Good from local animator to national Program Director.

Kristina was the Executive Director of Tucker House Renewal Centre in Rockland from 2005-2010.

Kristina was a Grant Review Team member and provincial volunteer in Champlain region for 6 years. 

Kristina served as the Sustainability lead on the Grants Committee and also promoted Donor Advised Funds.

Kristina was a local Advisor member for the Ottawa and Kingston chapters for nearly 10 years.
